It was quite an upsetting experience bringing my Polestar in for service. First of all, as soon as I walked in, the advisor caught me off guard by asking whether I had been informed during scheduling that the service would cost more than $1,200. Honestly, the way it was presented made it seem as though there were no other options available. I agreed to the service because I need my car to be reliable and well maintained. Looking back, I realize I did have other choices. We previously had our car serviced at another location in Marin, and the difference in customer service was remarkable. At the other location, they always provided a clear overview of what work was necessary and what was optional. In this case, the Multi-Point Inspection indicated that the vehicle's alignment was good, but I did not notice that until later. As a result, an unnecessary alignment service was performed. Overall, I was left with the impression that the focus was NOT on the customer's best interests, but rather on maximizing the amount charged for services. Adding to my frustration, the invoice stated that my car had been cleaned, but it had not. In addition, the cover for the air filter was missing when

I (we) had a great experience starting with Matthew who gave a test drive and the fact that there was no pressure to purchase. When we returned the next day, we had Jacob help us and that was also a great experience. He was very helpful with the paperwork and after all of that was done, he was helpful with car, app, and plug in mini-tutorials. I (we) feel that both associates represented Volvo well and have won over new customers! Thank you!

While it was challenging to get a service appointment due to their schedule being busy, once I got there, Marc did a great job of taking care of my car. Got me a Lyft ride since it was going to take a while to do the service s d my car was ready by 12 noon and got me another Lyft ride to Volvo from home! Marc was super pleasant and truly made my experience at Volvo a pleasant one.

Review for Service only: Not only does this place take 2 months to book an appointment, but once you’re there and need a diagnostic, they tell you that they need to keep your car for 3-5 days. My invoice claimed they washed and vacuumed my car. They did not. After spending thousands of dollars for just a maintenance and check engine diagnosis (not fix because they are way overpriced), this place is ridiculous and lacks good customer service. Go somewhere else.
